World Kung Fu Federation
THE WORLD KUNG FU FEDERATION (WKFF)
Article 1 – Name
The name of the organization shall be the World Kung Fu Federation (WKFF).
Article 2 – Headquarters
The headquarters of WKFF shall be located in the country determined by the Executive Board. Branch offices may be established in other countries as required.
Article 3 – Objectives
The objectives of WKFF are:
- To promote and develop Kung Fu worldwide.
- To organize international championships, seminars, and training programs.
- To establish technical, educational, and ethical standards.
- To encourage friendship, peace, and cultural exchange through martial arts.
- To cooperate with national and international sports organizations.
Article 4 – Membership
Membership shall be open to:
- National Kung Fu Federations.
- Regional Associations.
- Clubs and Academies.
- Individual Members (where approved by the Executive Board).
All members shall agree to comply with the Constitution, regulations, and decisions of WKFF.
Article 5 – Governing Bodies
The governing bodies of WKFF shall include:
- General Assembly
- Executive Board
- President
- Vice Presidents
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
- Standing Committees
Article 6 – General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme authority of WKFF and shall:
- Elect the President and Executive Board.
- Approve amendments to the Constitution.
- Approve budgets and financial reports.
- Decide on major policies.
The General Assembly shall meet every four years or in extraordinary sessions when necessary.
Article 7 – Executive Board
The Executive Board shall:
- Implement the decisions of the General Assembly.
- Manage the daily affairs of WKFF.
- Approve annual activities and competitions.
- Appoint committee members when necessary.
Article 8 – President
The President shall:
- Represent WKFF internationally.
- Chair meetings of the General Assembly and Executive Board.
- Ensure the implementation of all official decisions.
Article 9 – Finance
The financial resources of WKFF shall include:
- Membership fees.
- Event registration fees.
- Sponsorships and donations.
- Grants and other lawful income.
Financial records shall be maintained transparently and audited regularly.
Article 10 – Ethics
All members shall:
- Respect the principles of fair play.
- Avoid discrimination of any kind.
- Promote respect, integrity, and sportsmanship.
- Follow the WKFF Code of Ethics.
Article 11 – Disciplinary Measures
Members violating this Constitution or WKFF regulations may be subject to:
- Warning
- Suspension
- Expulsion
Disciplinary actions shall be decided according to the established disciplinary procedures.
Article 12 – Amendments
This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly.
Article 13 – Dissolution
The dissolution of WKFF may only be decided by a three-fourths majority vote of the General Assembly.
Article 14 – Final Provisions
This Constitution shall enter into force immediately upon approval by the General Assembly of the World Kung Fu Federation
