The World Mixed Martial Arts Organization (WMMAO) is proposed as a global umbrella organization responsible for the development, regulation, education, scientific advancement, ethical governance, and international promotion of Mixed Martial Arts.

4. AMERICAN MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ORGANIZATION
AMMAO
The American continental organization shall encompass:
- North America
- Central America
- The Caribbean
- South America
It shall coordinate national federations, regional organizations, competitions, athlete development, education, and technical standards throughout the Americas.
5. OCEANIA MIXED MARTIAL ARTS ORGANIZATION
OMMAO
The Oceania continental organization shall coordinate MMA development throughout:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Pacific Island nations
Its principal objectives shall include athlete development, continental competitions, education, and safety standards.
III. SUPREME SCIENTIFIC & PHILOSOPHICAL COUNCIL
WMMAO Supreme Scientific & Philosophical Council
WMMAO shall establish a specialized council dedicated to the scientific and philosophical development of Mixed Martial Arts.
The Council may include experts in:
- Sports science
- Exercise physiology
- Sports medicine
- Sports psychology
- Biomechanics
- Sports nutrition
- Martial arts science
- Sports ethics
- Sports law
- Sports management
- Coaching science
- Athlete performance
Fundamental Philosophy

VI. WMMAO WORLD ACADEMY
WMMAO WORLD ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS & SPORTS SCIENCE
The World Academy shall serve as the educational and professional development institution of WMMAO.
Three Principal Divisions
1. Athlete Academy
Training and development of athletes.
2. Coach Academy
Education and certification of coaches.
3. Officials Academy
Education of referees, judges, medical personnel, technical officials, and competition administrators.
Proposed Certification Levels
Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → International Master → Grand Master
All certifications should be based upon defined educational, practical, ethical, and technical requirements.

VIII. WMMAO MARTIAL ARTS CHARTER
Article 1 — Humanity
The health, safety, dignity, and human rights of every athlete shall be placed above the outcome of any competition.
Article 2 — Science
Technical and administrative decisions should, whenever possible, be based upon scientific knowledge, evidence, research, and measurable sporting data.
Article 3 — Ethics
Respect for opponents, coaches, referees, officials, and the rules of competition shall be fundamental principles of WMMAO.
Article 4 — Fairness
All competitions shall be conducted according to principles of fairness, transparency, equality, and non-discrimination.
Article 5 — Safety
No championship, title, victory, or commercial interest shall be considered more valuable than the health and safety of a human being.
Article 6 — Unity
Mixed Martial Arts represents a meeting point between different martial arts traditions, cultures, nations, and generations.
Article 7 — Excellence
The ultimate objective of WMMAO is not merely to create winners, but to develop disciplined, healthy, educated, responsible, and respectful human beings.
