Chapter One: General Provisions
Article 1: Name and Nature
This organization, under the name Global Mixed Martial Arts Federation (GMMAF), is an independent, non-profit, and non-political international organization operating in accordance with international laws and regulations.
Article 2: Headquarters
The headquarters of the Federation is located in Switzerland. The GMMAF is a member of an international martial arts confederation. Regional offices may also be established as needed.
Article 3: Official Language
The official language of the Federation is English. Other languages may be used as supporting languages when necessary.

The Federation pursues the following objectives:
Development and promotion of amateur MMA worldwide
Establishment and implementation of standardized rules and regulations
Ensuring athlete safety
Anti-doping efforts in accordance with international standards
Recognition of MMA within international sports organizations
Support for national federations

Organization of international competitions
Training of referees, coaches, and officials
Monitoring the enforcement of rules
Development of youth and women’s programs

The World Mixed Martial Arts University (WMMAU – GMMAF) is an international, non-profit, educational and research institution operating in the fields of education, scientific research, and development of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Article 2: Legal Framework
The University operates in accordance with the principles of Higher Education and international sports standards.
Article 3: Headquarters
The headquarters of the University is located in Lausanne, Switzerland, and it is affiliated with a global university of physical education and sport. The University may establish international branches.
Article 4: Language
The official language is English.
Supporting languages include Arabic, Persian, French, and others.
