World Sports Physical Education University Statute (Charter) Article 1 – Name and Type of Institution Name of Institution: World Sports Physical Education University Type of Institution: An international educational and research university in the field of sports sciences and physical education. Article 2 – Objectives of the Institution Training professional specialists in sports sciences, physical education, and sports management. Promoting scientific and research standards in sports and health. Developing international cooperation with universities, research centers, and sports organizations. Organizing professional educational and research courses and workshops. Promoting the culture of sports and healthy living in society. Article 3 – Educational and Research Activities Offering academic programs at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. Organizing short-term and specialized courses for athletes and coaches. Developing and implementing research projects in sports, physical education, and sports management. Publishing scientific articles, books, and specialized journals. Providing scientific and technical consulting services to sports and educational institutions. Article 4 – Governing Bodies of the University Founding Board: Responsible for approving policies and the university charter. University President: Responsible for all executive affairs and the legal representative of the university. Scientific Council: Responsible for determining research policies, approving academic programs, and evaluating academic quality. Vice Presidency for Education: Responsible for managing curricula and student affairs. Vice Presidency for Research: Responsible for research projects and scientific collaborations. Student Offices and Support Services: Responsible for addressing students’ educational and welfare needs. Article 5 – Student Admission and Registration Possession of a valid prior academic qualification relevant to the chosen field of study. Compliance with university academic and disciplinary regulations. Passing entrance exams or specialized interviews if required. Payment of tuition fees according to university regulations. Compliance with international regulations and the laws of the country in which the university operates. Article 6 – Language and Educational Methods The primary language of instruction may be English or other international languages. Use of modern teaching methods including in-person, online, and blended learning. Possibility of organizing joint international programs with accredited universities. Article 7 – Rights and Duties of University Members Students: The right to access education, research opportunities, counseling, and university facilities.
