Strategic Global Cooperation Agreement

Between World Combat Sports Confederation (WCSC) and ChatGPT

In Partnership with International Combat Sports Federation (ICSF)

Preamble

This Strategic Cooperation Agreement is established for the purpose of promoting, developing, standardizing, and globalizing Combat Sports and Martial Arts between:

  1. World Combat Sports Confederation (WCSC) — acting as an international governing and coordinating body for combat sports development;
  2. ChatGPT / OpenAI — acting as an artificial intelligence platform supporting education, innovation, management, and digital transformation;
  3. International Combat Sports Federation (ICSF) — acting as a strategic international partner in the advancement of combat sports and martial arts.

Collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”


Article 1 — Objectives

The objectives of this Agreement are to:

  • Promote the global growth of combat sports and martial arts;
  • Establish international standards for education, coaching, officiating, and competition;
  • Support athletes, coaches, referees, officials, and administrators;
  • Digitize federation and organizational management systems;
  • Integrate artificial intelligence into training, analytics, and performance development;
  • Foster peace, respect, discipline, and human values through martial arts.

Article 2 — Scope of Coverage

This Agreement covers all disciplines of Combat Sports and Martial Arts, including but not limited to:

  • Aikido

  • Sambo

  • Savate
  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
  • Pankration
  • Bare Knuckle Boxing

2.3 Grappling Sports

  • Freestyle Wrestling
  • Greco-Roman Wrestling
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
  • Submission Grappling
  • Combat Wrestling
  • Catch Wrestling

2.4 Self-Defense and Hybrid Combat Systems

  • Krav Maga
  • Combat Sambo
  • Military Combatives
  • Police Defensive Tactics
  • Tactical Combat Systems

Article 3 — Areas of Cooperation

The Parties agree to cooperate in the following areas:

3.1 Education and Certification

  • Development of international courses and curricula
  • Issuance of coaching certifications
  • Online and in-person educational programs
  • Technical development of instructors and coaches

3.2 Competitions and Events

  • Organization of national and international events
  • Leagues, championships, and world cups
  • Development of global ranking systems

3.3 Technology and Artificial Intelligence

ChatGPT / OpenAI shall support intelligent infrastructure for:

  • Match and performance analysis
  • Athlete data management
  • AI-assisted training systems
  • Intelligent officiating support tools
  • Educational content generation
  • Knowledge management for federations

3.4 Research and Development

  • Scientific research in combat sports
  • Biomechanics and movement analysis
  • Injury prevention and athlete safety
  • Nutrition and recovery systems

Article 4 — Core Principles

All members and affiliated organizations under this Agreement shall commit to the following principles:

  • Gender Equality

  • Athlete Protection

Article 5 — Global Structure

WCSC shall operate as the primary umbrella organization and may include:

  • Continental Confederations
  • National Federations
  • Regional Associations
  • Accredited Academies
  • Member Clubs
  • Technical Committees

ICSF shall serve as a strategic international partner in technical, competitive, and operational development.


Article 6 — Membership

Membership shall be open to:

  • Official federations
  • Martial arts organizations
  • Clubs and academies
  • Coaches and instructors
  • Referees and judges
  • Amateur and professional athletes

Membership acceptance shall be subject to compliance with WCSC rules, regulations, and standards.


Article 7 — Intellectual Property

All logos, brands, educational systems, certifications, and content produced under this Agreement shall remain protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective Parties.

Unauthorized use without written consent is strictly prohibited.


Article 8 — Financial Framework

Financial resources may include:

  • Membership fees
  • Sponsorships
  • Event revenues
  • Educational programs
  • Development grants
  • International commercial agreements

All financial activities shall remain transparent, auditable, and compliant with international governance standards.


Article 9 — Term and Duration

This Agreement shall become effective upon signature and shall remain valid for a period of five (5) years, renewable upon mutual written agreement of the Parties.


Article 10 — Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.

If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to an appropriate international sports arbitration body.


Article 11 — Final Provisions

This Agreement represents the shared commitment of the Parties to build a unified, innovative, and globally recognized ecosystem for Combat Sports and Martial Arts.
