
CHAPTER II – OBJECTIVES Article 6 – Mission The Federation aims to: Govern and promote Pankration worldwide. Establish and regulate official competition rules. Organize World, Continental and International Championships. Promote athlete welfare, safety and integrity. Ensure gender equality and non-discrimination. Promote education of athletes, coaches and officials. Uphold principles of good governance and transparency. CHAPTER III – MEMBERSHIP Article 7 – Categories National Federations (one per country) Continental Confederations Associate Members Honorary Members Article 8 – Admission Membership requires: Formal written application Acceptance of Statutes and Regulations Compliance with ethical and anti-doping rules Autonomy from political interference Admission requires Executive Board recommendation and General Assembly approval. Article 9 – Suspension and Expulsion Requires a two-thirds majority of the General Assembly upon Executive Board proposal. CHAPTER IV – GOVERNING BODIES Article 10 – Governing Bodies General Assembly Executive Board President Secretary General Independent Commissions Article 11 – General Assembly Supreme authority of the Federation. Each National Member has one vote. Ordinary session held annually. Amendments require a two-thirds majority. Article 12 – Executive Board Composed of President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer and elected members. Term: Four (4) years. Responsible for implementing policies and supervising finances. Article 13 – President Legal representative of the Federation. Provides strategic leadership. Chairs official meetings. Article 14 – Secretary General Chief executive officer. Responsible for daily administration. Implements Executive Board decisions. CHAPTER V – INDEPENDENT BODIES Article 15 – Independent Commissions Ethics Commission Disciplinary Commission Appeals Commission Audit Committee Medical & Anti-Doping Commission These bodies operate independently from the Executive Board. CHAPTER VI – FINANCES Article 16 – Financial Resources Membership fees Event revenues Sponsorship and partnerships Lawful grants and donations Article 17 – Financial Governance Fiscal year: January 1 – December 31. Annual independent audit mandatory. Financial report submitted to General Assembly. CHAPTER VII – DISPUTE RESOLUTION Article 18 Internal remedies must be exhausted before external arbitration. Final disputes may be submitted to international sports arbitration bodies. CHAPTER VIII – AMENDMENTS & DISSOLUTION Article 19 – Amendments Require two-thirds majority of Extraordinary General Assembly. Article 20 – Dissolution Requires three-quarters majority. Assets transferred to a similar non-profit organization. PART II ELECTORAL REGULATIONS Article 1 – Principles Democracy Transparency Neutrality Equality Article 2 – Electoral Committee Five independent members not standing for election. Article 3 – Eligibility Nomination by National Federation Minimum five years sports governance experience No criminal or disciplinary sanctions Article 4 – Voting Procedure Secret ballot One vote per National Member Absolute majority required Run-off between top two if needed Article 5 – Term Limits Four-year term, maximum two consecutive terms.
