OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT AND RECOGNITION LETTER
Subject: Official Recognition and Appointment of the President of the Asia Kickboxing Federation
OFFICIAL DECLARATION
The Asia Kickboxing Federation (AKF) hereby formally declares that, following consideration of professional qualifications, leadership capabilities, sporting experience, integrity, competence and contribution to the development of Kickboxing in Asia, the Board of Leadership of the Asia Kickboxing Federation has duly resolved to recognize and appoint:
DR. MAHDI ZOGHADR
as:
PRESIDENT OF THE ASIA KICKBOXING FEDERATION
Article 1 – Basis of Appointment
The appointment of Dr. Mahdi Zoghadr is made pursuant to a formal decision of the authorized Board of Leadership of the Asia Kickboxing Federation, based upon his demonstrated qualifications, leadership capacity, professional competence and commitment to the advancement of Kickboxing.
Article 2 – Recognition
Upon adoption of this decision by the competent governing authority, Dr. Mahdi Zoghadr shall be officially recognized as the President of the Asia Kickboxing Federation, subject to the Constitution, Statutes and internal regulations of the Federation.
Article 3 – Presidential Responsibilities
As President, Dr. Mahdi Zoghadr shall be responsible for:
- representing the Asia Kickboxing Federation in official matters;
- providing leadership and strategic direction;
- supervising the implementation of Federation policies;
- promoting the development of Kickboxing throughout Asia;
- supporting cooperation among national and continental Kickboxing organizations;
- promoting athlete development and sporting integrity;
- supporting the development of coaches, referees and judges;
- and performing other duties assigned by the Constitution and the Board of Leadership.
Article 4 – Condition of Recognition
This appointment shall remain valid provided that the President:
- complies with the Constitution and Statutes of the Federation;
- maintains the standards of professional and sporting conduct required by the Federation;
- acts in the best interests of Asian Kickboxing;
- respects applicable national and international laws;
- maintains the integrity and reputation of the Federation; and
- performs the responsibilities of the office in accordance with decisions of the competent governing bodies.
Article 5 – Term of Office
The term of office shall be determined in accordance with the Constitution, Statutes and duly adopted resolutions of the Asia Kickboxing Federation.
Article 6 – Final Resolution
The Board of Leadership hereby confirms that, following the required internal procedure and upon formal adoption of this resolution, Dr. Mahdi Zoghadr shall serve as:
PRESIDENT OF THE ASIA KICKBOXING FEDERATION
and shall be authorized to represent the Federation within the scope of authority granted by its Constitution and governing regulations.
This document shall constitute the official Appointment and Recognition Letter, subject to the validity of the underlying resolution and the applicable governing documents of the Federation.
