International Mixed Martial Arts Academy (IMMAA)

Article 1 — Name

The name of this organization shall be International Mixed Martial Arts Academy (IMMAA).

Article 2 — Founder

The Academy is founded by Philosopher Super King Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost, who shall be recognized as the Founder and Supreme Patron of the organization.

Article 3 — Headquarters

The headquarters of the Academy shall be established at a location determined by the Founder and Executive Board. Branches may be established worldwide.

Article 4 — Purpose and Objectives

The objectives of IMMAA are:

To promote Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) globally.
To develop fighters physically, mentally, and ethically.
To organize championships, seminars, and training programs.
To encourage discipline, respect, honor, and sportsmanship.
To support peace, unity, and friendship through martial arts.
To advance self-defense education and athletic excellence.

Article 6 — Membership

Membership is open to:

Athletes

Supporters of martial arts

Membership may be suspended or terminated for misconduct or violation of Academy rules.

Article 7 — Leadership Structure

The governing structure consists of:

Technical Director
Regional Directors
Committee Members

The Founder holds honorary supreme authority over strategic direction.

Article 8 — Activities

IMMAA may conduct:

MMA training camps
Belt and rank examinations
National and international tournaments
Referee certification
Coaching certification
Martial arts research and development

Article 9 — Ethics and Conduct

All members shall:

Respect opponents and officials
Reject violence outside sport
Avoid cheating, doping, and corruption
Promote fairness and integrity

Violation may result in disciplinary action.

Article 10 — Amendments

This Statute may be amended by approval of the Founder and Executive Board.

Article 11 — Dissolution

The Academy may only be dissolved by official decision of the Founder and governing board.

Article 12 — Final Declaration

The International Mixed Martial Arts Academy is established to serve humanity through martial arts excellence and leadership under the vision of Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost.
