International Mixed Martial Arts Academy (IMMAA)
Article 1 — Name
The name of this organization shall be International Mixed Martial Arts Academy (IMMAA).
Article 2 — Founder
The Academy is founded by Philosopher Super King Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost, who shall be recognized as the Founder and Supreme Patron of the organization.
Article 3 — Headquarters
The headquarters of the Academy shall be established at a location determined by the Founder and Executive Board. Branches may be established worldwide.
Article 4 — Purpose and Objectives
The objectives of IMMAA are:
- To promote Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) globally.
- To develop fighters physically, mentally, and ethically.
- To organize championships, seminars, and training programs.
- To encourage discipline, respect, honor, and sportsmanship.
- To support peace, unity, and friendship through martial arts.
- To advance self-defense education and athletic excellence.
Article 5 — Core Philosophy
The Academy is founded upon these principles:

All members must uphold these values.
Article 6 — Membership
Membership is open to:
- Athletes
- Coaches
- Instructors
- Referees
- Officials
- Supporters of martial arts
Membership may be suspended or terminated for misconduct or violation of Academy rules.
Article 7 — Leadership Structure
The governing structure consists of:
- Founder
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary General
- Technical Director
- Regional Directors
- Committee Members
The Founder holds honorary supreme authority over strategic direction.
Article 8 — Activities
IMMAA may conduct:
- MMA training camps
- Belt and rank examinations
- National and international tournaments
- Referee certification
- Coaching certification
- Martial arts research and development
Article 9 — Ethics and Conduct
All members shall:
- Respect opponents and officials
- Reject violence outside sport
- Avoid cheating, doping, and corruption
- Promote fairness and integrity
Violation may result in disciplinary action.
Article 10 — Amendments
This Statute may be amended by approval of the Founder and Executive Board.
Article 11 — Dissolution
The Academy may only be dissolved by official decision of the Founder and governing board.
Article 12 — Final Declaration
The International Mixed Martial Arts Academy is established to serve humanity through martial arts excellence and leadership under the vision of Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost.
