Article 3 – Educational and Research Activities Offering academic programs at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. Developing and implementing research projects in sports science, physical education, and sports management. Publishing scientific journals, research papers, and academic books. Providing scientific, technical, and educational consulting services to sports and educational institutions. Article 4 – Governing Bodies of the University Founding Board: Responsible for approving policies, strategic plans, and the university charter. University President: Responsible for all executive affairs and acts as the legal representative of the university. Scientific Council: Responsible for determining research policies, approving academic programs, and supervising academic quality. Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs: Responsible for academic programs, curricula, and student affairs. Vice Presidency for Research Affairs: Responsible for research projects, publications, and scientific collaborations. Student Affairs and Support Services: Responsible for meeting the academic and welfare needs of students. Article 5 – Student Admission and Registration Applicants must possess valid academic qualifications relevant to the selected program. Compliance with the academic and disciplinary regulations of the university is mandatory. Entrance examinations or specialized interviews may be conducted if necessary. Tuition fees must be paid according to university regulations. Students must comply with international education standards and the laws of the country in which the university operates.
