OFFICIAL LEGAL & GOVERNANCE DOCUMENTS WORLD PANKRATION FEDERATION (WPF) PART I STATUTES (Structured in accordance with International Federation Governance Standards and Swiss Association Law Principles) CHAPTER I – NAME, LEGAL FORM AND SEAT Article 1 – Name The name of the organization is World Pankration Federation (WPF), hereinafter referred to as “the Federation”. Article 2 – Legal Form The Federation is an independent, international, non-profit, non-governmental and politically neutral organization. It is established as an association under applicable international association law and may be registered under Articles 60–79 of the Swiss Civil Code or other appropriate jurisdiction. The Federation possesses full legal personality. Article 3 – Registered Office The registered office shall be determined by the General Assembly. Article 4 – Duration The duration of the Federation is unlimited. Article 5 – Liability The Federation alone is liable for its obligations. Members bear no personal liability.
