Statute of the World Combat Confederation (WCC)
Preamble
The World Combat Confederation (WCC) is established as an independent international organization dedicated to the promotion, development, regulation, and advancement of combat sports, martial arts, self-defense systems, and traditional fighting disciplines throughout the world.
The World Combat Confederation recognizes and values cooperation with its partner organizations, namely the World Combat Council (WCCouncil) and the World Fighting Confederation (WFC), in promoting international friendship, fair competition, educational exchange, and the advancement of combat philosophy.
The organization acknowledges International Combat Federation Philosopher, Super Grand Master King Mohammadullah Omar Imon Dost as the Founder and President of the World Combat Confederation.
Article 1: Name and Legal Status
- The official name of the organization shall be World Combat Confederation (WCC).
- WCC shall function as an international, non-profit, non-political, and non-discriminatory organization.
- WCC may establish national, regional, and continental branches and affiliates in accordance with this Statute.
Article 2: Headquarters
- The headquarters of WCC shall be established by decision of the President and Executive Council.
- Regional offices may be established in any country for the effective administration of WCC activities.
Article 3: Objectives
The objectives of WCC are:
a. To promote combat sports, martial arts, self-defense, and traditional fighting systems worldwide.
b. To organize and sanction international championships, tournaments, seminars, conferences, and educational programs.
c. To promote friendship, peace, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship among all nations.
d. To preserve and develop traditional and modern combat disciplines.
e. To establish standards for coaching, officiating, grading, and competition.
f. To cooperate with partner organizations, including the World Combat Council and the World Fighting Confederation.
g. To support research and philosophical studies concerning combat arts and human development.
Article 4: Partnership and Cooperation
- WCC shall maintain friendly and cooperative relations with:
- World Combat Council (WCCouncil)
- World Fighting Confederation (WFC)
- National and international sports organizations
- Joint activities may include:
- Championships
- Educational programs
- Technical exchanges
- Certification programs
- Research and publications
- Partnerships shall be based on mutual respect, equality, and common objectives.
Article 5: Membership
Membership categories shall include:
- National Federations
- Continental Federations
- Clubs and Academies
- Individual Members
- Honorary Members
- Distinguished Grand Masters and Philosophers
All members shall:
- Respect this Statute.
- Promote ethical conduct.
- Support the objectives of WCC.
Article 6: Governing Bodies
The governing bodies of WCC shall be:
- General Assembly
- Executive Council
- President
- Vice Presidents
- Secretary General
- Technical Committee
- Ethics and Discipline Committee
- Athletes Commission
Article 7: General Assembly
- The General Assembly shall be the supreme decision-making body.
- It shall meet at least once every four years.
- Its powers include:
- Approval of statutes
- Election of officers
- Approval of policies
- Admission or suspension of members
Article 8: President
- The Founder and President of WCC is:
International Combat Federation Philosopher, Super Grand Master King Mohammadullah Omar Imon Dost.
- The President shall:
- Represent WCC internationally.
- Preside over meetings.
- Appoint committees when necessary.
- Promote the mission and values of WCC.
- Strengthen cooperation with partner organizations.
- The President may delegate authority to designated officers.
Article 9: Executive Council
- The Executive Council shall manage the affairs of WCC.
- It shall consist of:
- President
- Vice Presidents
- Secretary General
- Treasurer
- Technical Director
- Other elected members
- Council members shall serve terms established by the General Assembly.
Article 10: Competitions
- WCC may organize:
- World Championships
- Continental Championships
- International Cups
- Open Tournaments
- Martial Arts Festivals
- Competition rules shall be adopted by the Technical Committee.
- All events shall uphold principles of fairness, safety, and sportsmanship.
Article 11: Ethics and Discipline
- Members shall respect:
- Fair play
- Equality
- Integrity
- Mutual respect
- Discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, or social background is prohibited.
- The Ethics and Discipline Committee may investigate violations and impose sanctions.
Article 12: Finance
Sources of income may include:
- Membership fees
- Event revenues
- Sponsorships
- Donations
- Educational programs
- Grants
Financial records shall be maintained transparently.
Article 13: Official Languages
The official languages of WCC may include English and any additional languages approved by the Executive Council.
Article 14: Amendments
- Amendments to this Statute may be proposed by members or the Executive Council.
- Amendments shall require approval by the General Assembly.
Article 15: Dissolution
The dissolution of WCC may only be decided by a special resolution of the General Assembly.
Article 16: Final Provisions
- This Statute shall come into force upon its adoption by the General Assembly.
- All members shall respect and implement its provisions.
- WCC shall work to promote peace, friendship, discipline, education, and excellence in combat sports and martial arts throughout the world.
