CONSTITUTION OF WORLD FIGHT NIGHT (WFN)
Article 1 – Name
The name of the organization shall be World Fight Night (WFN).
Article 2 – Founder
The FOUNDER OF WORLD FIGHT NIGHT (WFN)

Article 3 – Nature of the Organization
WFN is an international combat sports organization established to promote, develop, regulate, and organize amateur and professional martial arts competitions worldwide.
Article 4 – Objectives
The objectives of WFN are:
1. To promote and develop martial arts and combat sports globally.
2. To organize amateur, semi-professional, and professional combat sports events.
3. To support athletes, coaches, referees, and officials.
4. To establish high standards of safety, integrity, and fair competition.
5. To provide educational and professional development opportunities.
6. To encourage international cooperation among combat sports organizations.
7. To promote sportsmanship, discipline, respect, and excellence.
Article 5 – Disciplines
WFN may govern and organize competitions in:
– Boxing
– Kickboxing
– Muay Thai
– Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
– Sanda
– Karate
– Taekwondo
– Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
– Wrestling
– Grappling
– Other recognized martial arts disciplines approved by the Board of Directors
Article 6 – Organizational Structure
The governing bodies of WFN shall include:
1. General Assembly
2. Founding Council
3. Board of Directors
4. President
5. Technical Committee
6. Refereeing and Judging Committee
7. Medical Committee
8. Disciplinary Committee
9. International Relations Committee
Article 7 – Presidency
The President shall be appointed or elected by the Founding Council and shall be responsible for the overall administration and representation of WFN.
Article 8 – Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall:
– Establish strategic policies
– Supervise official events
– Approve budgets and financial matters
– Develop international programs
– Authorize national and regional representatives
– Protect the interests and reputation of WFN
Article 9 – Membership
Membership may be granted to:
– Athletes
– Coaches
– Referees and Judges
– Clubs and Academies
– National Representatives
– Partner Organizations
Membership shall be subject to compliance with WFN rules and regulations.
Article 10 – Official Competitions
WFN may organize:
– National Championships
– Continental Championships
– World Championships
– Professional Fight Nights
– Super Fights
– Grand Prix Tournaments
– Title Championship Events
Article 11 – Ethics and Conduct
All members shall uphold:
– Respect
– Integrity
– Fair Play
– Equality
– Professional Conduct
– Anti-Doping Compliance
Any act of corruption, discrimination, violence, or misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
Article 12 – Financial Resources
WFN may generate revenue through:
– Membership Fees
– Sponsorship Agreements
– Event Ticket Sales
– Broadcasting Rights
– Merchandising
– Donations and Grants
– Approved Commercial Activities
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
The name, logo, championship belts, trademarks, media content, and branding of WFN shall remain the exclusive property of World Fight Night.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 – Amendments
This Constitution may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and approval of the Founding Council.
Article 15 – Official Motto
“One World, One Ring, One Champion.”
Article 16 – Headquarters
The headquarters of WFN shall be determined by the Founding Council.
Regional and national offices may be established worldwide as necessary.
Article 17 – Effective Date
This Constitution shall become effective immediately upon approval and signature by the Founders and the Founding Council.
