
ARTICLE 1 – NAME, LEGAL STATUS, AND HEADQUARTERS 1.1 The name of the organization shall be World Unifight Federation (WUF) (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”). 1.2 The Federation is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, international sports organization. 1.3 The Federation shall operate in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the country in which it is registered. 1.4 The Headquarters of the Federation shall be established by resolution of the Executive Committee. The Federation may establish regional offices as necessary. ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 2.1 The Federation is established to govern, regulate, promote, and develop the sport of Unifight worldwide. 2.2 The objectives of the Federation shall include: a) Standardizing and enforcing official Unifight competition rules; b) Organizing and sanctioning international competitions, including World Championships, Continental Championships, and other official events; c) Promoting ethical sporting values, fair play, and anti-doping compliance; d) Supporting the development of national Unifight federations; e) Establishing referee, coach, and athlete certification systems; f) Encouraging youth participation and educational programs; g) Promoting gender equality and inclusivity within the sport. ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLES 3.1 The Federation shall operate based on the principles of: Neutrality and independence Transparency and accountability Non-discrimination Fair competition Respect for human rights 3.2 The Federation shall comply with international anti-doping standards and cooperate with recognized anti-doping organizations. ARTICLE 4 – MEMBERSHIP 4.1 Membership is open to officially recognized National Unifight Federations. 4.2 Only one National Federation per country shall be recognized as a Full Member. 4.3 Categories of membership: Full Members Associate Members Provisional Members Honorary Members 4.4 Members must: Adhere to the Constitution and regulations of the Federation; Pay membership fees; Promote Unifight in their respective countries; Respect international sporting ethics. 4.5 Membership may be suspended or terminated by decision of the General Assembly for serious violations. ARTICLE 5 – GOVERNING BODIES The governing bodies of the Federation shall be: a) The General Assembly b) The Executive Committee c) The President d) Standing Committees e) The Ethics and Disciplinary Committee ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL ASSEMBLY 6.1 The General Assembly is the supreme authority of the Federation. 6.2 It shall consist of representatives of all Full Members. 6.3 The General Assembly shall: Elect the President and Executive Committee members; Approve amendments to the Constitution; Approve financial reports and budgets; Decide on membership admissions and expulsions; Determine strategic direction. 6.4 The General Assembly shall meet annually. Extraordinary meetings may be convened upon request of at least one-third of the Full Members. 6.5 Each Full Member shall have one vote. ARTICLE 7 – EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 7.1 The Executive Committee shall manage the Federation between General Assembly meetings. 7.2 It shall consist of: President Vice Presidents Secretary General Treasurer Additional Members as determined by the General Assembly 7.3 Members of the Executive Committee shall serve four-year terms and may be re-elected. 7.4 The Executive Committee shall: Implement decisions of the General Assembly; Approve competition calendars; Supervise committees; Oversee financial management. ARTICLE 8 – PRESIDENT 8.1 The President is the legal representative of the Federation. 8.2 The President shall: Preside over meetings; Represent the Federation internationally; Ensure implementation of strategic objectives; Sign official documents. 8.3 In the absence of the President, a Vice President shall act in their place. ARTICLE 9 – FINANCES 9.1 The Federation’s financial resources shall consist of: Membership fees; Event revenues; Sponsorship and partnerships; Donations and grants; Licensing and broadcasting rights. 9.2 The financial year shall be determined by the Executive Committee. 9.3 Annual financial reports shall be audited and presented to the General Assembly. 9.4 Federation funds shall be used solely for the objectives defined in this Constitution. ARTICLE 10 – DISCIPLINE AND ETHICS 10.1 The Federation shall establish an independent Ethics and Disciplinary Committee. 10.2 Violations of rules, ethical standards, or anti-doping regulations may result in sanctions including warnings, suspension, fines, or expulsion. 10.3 All disciplinary proceedings shall ensure fairness and due process. ARTICLE 11 – AMENDMENTS 11.1 Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by the Executive Committee or at least one-third of the Full Members. 11.2 Amendments require approval by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly. ARTICLE 12 – DISSOLUTION 12.1 The Federation may be dissolved only by a three-quarters majority vote of the General Assembly. 12.2 In the event of dissolution, assets shall be transferred to a non-profit sports organization with similar objectives.
