WORLD FIGHTING SPORT FEDERATION (WFSF)

PREAMBLE

We, the members and founders of the World Fighting Sport Federation (WFSF), hereby establish this Federation as an international governing institution for the promotion, regulation, development, and protection of fighting sports worldwide.

The Federation shall uphold the principles of:

  • Fair Competition
  • Unity Among Nations
  • Human Excellence

The Federation recognizes the vision and founding philosophy of Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost, Philosopher and Super Grandmaster, as the guiding inspiration behind its establishment.


ARTICLE 1 — NAME AND LEGAL STATUS

  1. The official name of the organization shall be:

World Fighting Sport Federation (WFSF)

  1. WFSF shall function as an international, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit federation unless otherwise registered under applicable law.
  2. The Federation may establish headquarters, regional offices, and national branches worldwide.

ARTICLE 2 — HEADQUARTERS

  1. The principal headquarters shall be determined by the Executive Council.
  2. Regional offices may be established in:
  • Europe
  • Asia
  • Africa
  • North America
  • South America
  • Oceania

ARTICLE 3 — OBJECTIVES

The objectives of WFSF are:

  1. To promote fighting sports globally.
  2. To regulate standards for competitions.
  3. To establish unified rules.
  4. To support athletes and coaches.
  5. To promote education, health, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  6. To organize:
    • World Championships
    • Continental Championships
    • National Championships
  7. To certify:
    • Coaches
    • Referees
    • Judges
    • Instructors
  8. To combat corruption, doping, discrimination, and match manipulation.

ARTICLE 4 — RECOGNIZED SPORTS

WFSF may govern, regulate, or affiliate with the following sports:

  • Boxing
  • Kickboxing
  • Karate
  • Wrestling
  • Muay Thai
  • Judo
  • Taekwondo
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
  • Traditional Martial Arts
  • Self-defense systems

The Federation may recognize additional disciplines by Council approval.


ARTICLE 5 — CORE VALUES

Every member shall uphold:

ARTICLE 6 — MEMBERSHIP

Membership categories:

1. Founding Members

Original signatories of WFSF.

2. National Federations

Recognized governing bodies from each nation.

3. Clubs and Academies

Registered institutions for training.

4. Individual Members

Including:

  • Athletes
  • Coaches
  • Referees
  • Officials

5. Honorary Members

Individuals recognized for exceptional contribution.


ARTICLE 7 — RIGHTS OF MEMBERS

Members have the right to:

  • Participate in events
  • Vote (where eligible)
  • Receive certifications
  • Appeal disciplinary decisions
  • Propose reforms

ARTICLE 8 — DUTIES OF MEMBERS

Members shall:

  • Respect statutes
  • Follow rules
  • Pay membership fees
  • Maintain ethical conduct
  • Avoid violence outside lawful competition

ARTICLE 9 — GOVERNING BODIES

WFSF shall consist of:

  1. General Assembly
  2. President
  3. Executive Council
  4. Ethics Committee
  5. Technical Committee
  6. Arbitration Tribunal
  7. Secretariat

ARTICLE 10 — GENERAL ASSEMBLY

  1. Highest authority of WFSF.
  2. Meets annually.
  3. Powers include:
    • Elect leadership
    • Amend statutes
    • Approve budgets
    • Ratify major decisions

Voting rights shall follow membership regulations.


ARTICLE 11 — PRESIDENT

The President is the supreme executive authority of WFSF.

Duties:

  • Lead federation
  • Represent WFSF globally
  • Chair meetings
  • Sign official agreements
  • Oversee governance

Founding Presidency

The founding President of WFSF is:

Mohammadullah Omar Iman Dost

He shall hold the title:

President-Founder and Supreme Guardian of the Federation

for the inaugural founding period unless amended by lawful constitutional procedure.


ARTICLE 12 — EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The Executive Council shall include:

  • President
  • Vice Presidents
  • Secretary General
  • Treasurer
  • Continental Directors
  • Technical Director

Term:

  • 4 years
  • Renewable

ARTICLE 13 — SECRETARY GENERAL

Responsible for:

  • Administration
  • Documentation
  • Communication
  • Daily operations

ARTICLE 14 — FINANCE

Sources of revenue:

  • Membership fees
  • Sponsorships
  • Donations
  • Licensing
  • Event income
  • Grants

Funds must be used solely for federation purposes.


ARTICLE 15 — ETHICS AND DISCIPLINE

Strict prohibition against:

  • Doping
  • Bribery
  • Fraud
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Corruption

Violations may result in:

  • Warning
  • Suspension
  • Expulsion
  • Lifetime ban

ARTICLE 16 — ANTI-DOPING

WFSF adopts internationally recognized anti-doping principles, including testing and sanctions.


ARTICLE 17 — CHAMPIONSHIPS

Official WFSF events include:

  • World Championship
  • Grand Prix
  • Continental Cups
  • Youth Championship
  • Masters Championship

Only WFSF-authorized titles shall be recognized officially.


ARTICLE 18 — CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

WFSF may issue official licenses for:

  • Athletes
  • Coaches
  • Judges
  • Referees
  • Instructors

Certificates must be verifiable.


ARTICLE 19 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be addressed through:

  1. Internal mediation
  2. Arbitration Tribunal
  3. Legal jurisdiction if necessary

ARTICLE 20 — AMENDMENTS

  1. Amendments require 2/3 approval of voting members.
  2. Amendments must remain consistent with WFSF principles.

ARTICLE 21 — DISSOLUTION

The Federation may only be dissolved by 3/4 vote of the General Assembly.

Remaining assets shall be transferred to organizations with similar objectives.


ARTICLE 22 — OFFICIAL MOTTO

Official WFSF motto:

ARTICLE 23 — FOUNDING DECLARATION

This statute is adopted as the supreme governing document of the World Fighting Sport Federation (WFSF).
